As an Account Executive on the sales team, you will work with prospects through the entire buying process, from initial evaluation to close, and through onboarding of the entire team. You will be the primary point of contact until onboarding when you will hand off to our Account Management team. This role offers the opportunity to impact businesses in a big way daily.

What You Will Do- Provide an excellent experience with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion.
- Position the value of our service with stakeholders through consultations via email and video calls.
- Effectively manage a pipeline of inbound opportunities to consistently drive revenue for the company and strong ROI for our customers.
- Become an expert in assessing the use case of the prospect and customizing your presentation based on the prospect's company size, industry, and desired customer experience.
- Proactively report on learnings and valuable feedback to the service team to improve the offering and prioritize the right projects.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our evolving offerings and understand the nuances of how they can be used to support prospects accordingly.
- Hit sales metrics of success and provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility into revenue performance.

- A top performer in an inside/mid-market sales role with 2+ years of experience closing net new logos (BPO experience is a bonus but not required).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a love for winning and helping clients achieve their goals.
- Naturally curious with a history of learning new things quickly, especially important in a remote company.
- Excited to use consultative sales strategies in a competitive market.
- Highly organized and able to manage several responsibilities at once with little oversight.
- Experienced in tracking all sales activity and reports in customer relationship management software (HubSpot preferred but not required).
- Willing to wear several hats: sales, support, customer success as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, mobilizing teammates for support during onboarding.
