Sales Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for securing new business and maintaining existing relationships with our global customers.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales and marketing expertise to drive business growth and success for our company. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales account management: Develop and execute strategies to expand existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Customer support: Provide exceptional support to customers through various channels, including remote demos, video conferencing, and web-based tools.
- Research and lead generation: Conduct research on leads, develop a deep understanding of prospect needs, and actively develop opportunities.
- Customer relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers using digital tools and techniques.
- Pricing and negotiation: Prepare quotes and engage in price negotiations with customers.
- Account ownership: Assume full ownership of accounts and manage stakeholder communications.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant working experience in sales and marketing in a global environment.
- Strong account management skills.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Remote selling experience and analytical skills.
- Basic digital ambassadorship and change management skills.
- Knowledge of semiconductor products and applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and good follow-up skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
