Account Manager Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Diversify and grow existing customer relationships, and identify opportunities for new business development through remote channels and in-person interactions, as required.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and business development.
  • Prepare and present quotes and negotiate prices with customers.
  • Contribute to revenue growth, design-win, and business-win for assigned customers.
  • Assist in the validation and qualification of customer cross-sell potential.
  • Prioritize daily tasks independently and prepare customer interactions based on data and analytics.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing in a global environment.
  • Basic Account Management skills and effective time management skills.
  • Remotely selling experience and analytical skills.
  • Basic digital ambassadorship and change management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Education:

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Language:

  • Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
