**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. in Mexico City.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests.
  • Secure payment; activate/reissue room keys.
  • Evaluate and adjust billing for guests as needed.
  • Communicate with housekeeping staff regarding room status and guest concerns.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard station.
  • Run and review daily reports, contingency lists, and credit card authorization reports.
  • Provide directions and information to guests.
  • Answer and record all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Arrange transportation for guests and visitors.
  • Count and secure bank deposits at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Cash-guests' checks and process various forms of payment.
  • Notify security of any reported theft.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
