Customer Service Liaison

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. in Mexico City.
**Estimated Salary Range:** $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests.
- Secure payment; activate/reissue room keys.
- Evaluate and adjust billing for guests as needed.
- Communicate with housekeeping staff regarding room status and guest concerns.
- Operate the telephone switchboard station.
- Run and review daily reports, contingency lists, and credit card authorization reports.
- Provide directions and information to guests.
- Answer and record all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Arrange transportation for guests and visitors.
- Count and secure bank deposits at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Cash-guests' checks and process various forms of payment.
- Notify security of any reported theft.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
