Key Responsibilities:

  • Routing calls to the correct team member or department efficiently.
  • Following up with customers to ensure all issues are resolved within 24 hours.
  • Assisting customers in filling out support forms and providing guidance as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with team members to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional spoken English skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with OpenPhone or similar phone systems (training will be provided).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
