As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for guiding partners through onboarding processes, providing accurate information, solving questions and problems, and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams.

Key responsibilities include managing partner onboarding, handling billing processes, maintaining close communication with the Sales Team, and translating deals into standardized operational information. Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to handle delicate conversations will be invaluable assets in this position.

To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of relevant experience in dealing with partners, possess advanced English and Spanish language proficiency, and demonstrate a calm, problem-solving approach to complex situations.
