About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Lead to lead our sales activity for a defined pharmaceutical portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and developing a customer-centric national business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Lead a sales team to achieve agreed-upon targets and monitor performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Maintain market knowledge and network to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
