Head of Sales LATAM

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales LATAM to join our Commercial team. As the Head of Sales for LATAM, you will work closely with the Global Head of Sales to deliver revenue and build out a team across the continent.
This is a hands-on player/manager type role in which you will be expected to own your own pipeline numbers as well as build out a team across various countries.
You will be responsible for leveraging your network to secure large-scale enterprise deals for PayRetailers, managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for key strategic deals, and representing PayRetailers at industry events, fostering connections and promoting the brand.
You will also be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing team across key countries, collaborating closely with your team and Global Head of Sales as well as senior leadership to shape strategy and partners.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with 10 years of experience in a demanding commercially focused role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing a small team (4-6 people).
You should have a solid understanding of the payments landscape and online gambling space, as well as sales acumen, including understanding deal processes, negotiation, and calculating realistic deal sizes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are required, with Portuguese being a nice to have. Forex and crypto expertise is a plus.
