Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description: As a Customer Success Representative, you will contribute to the growth of the department as part of a global team. Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of existing clients in Latin America, ensuring success, retention, and growth. This involves establishing and nurturing strong relationships with senior executives within multinationals and mid-sized companies, monitoring business & usage KPIs, and creating excellent first-time user experiences leading the onboarding of new customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will need strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with executive presence and confidence in varying customer situations. You should also have cross-group collaboration, resource orchestration, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Account Management position or roles related to customer engagement, delivery management, and/or project management is required. Additionally, you must be focused on results, have a strong desire to learn, and become a functional expert of several products.
