- General Billing Support: Provide support to customers regarding billing questions, orders, and complaints.
- Communication: Listen, respond, and resolve customer issues consistently throughout your shift.
- Availability: Available to start immediately and work a regular schedule.
- Language Skills: Advanced conversational English to communicate effectively with customers.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using a personal computer and Microsoft Windows and Office.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer care, billing, collections, or similar roles is highly desired.
- Work Schedule: Ability to work 40 hours per week during operation hours from 7:00 am to 9:15 pm CST, Monday to Friday.
- Monthly Base Salary: MXN $18,000 before taxes.
- Monthly Grocery Vouchers: MXN $1,519 every 14 days.
- Monthly Restaurant Vouchers: MXN $1,216 every 14 days.
- Life Insurance: Provided by AT&T.
- Vacation Days: Provided by AT&T.
- Onsite Medical: Provided by AT&T.
- 50% Discount on AT&T Wireless Service: Provided by AT&T.
