We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. in Mexico City or Estado de México.

SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is $360,000 per year ($30,000 - $35,000 per month), based on national averages and considering the level of experience required.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing technical support for various telecommunications systems, including PBX Avaya and other related switchboards. Responsibilities include:
- Configuring analog and digital telephony systems
- Implementing and maintaining recording servers
- Providing end-to-end user support for internal and external clients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced English language skills
- A Bachelor's degree in System Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support in a Windows environment, with knowledge of networks and Active Directory
- 1 year of experience in a call center environment (desirable)
