Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Executive to join our team in LATAM and Travel Retail Americas sales & commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business results through thorough sales and inventory analyses, while also liaising with retailers to maximise business performance and support the brand's dynamic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving Performance
    • Prepare and collate weekly sales reports, gathering and sharing key retail context, category information and individual store performance detail to identify retail opportunities.
    • Update price lists and assortments regularly, managing internal and external guidelines.
    • Follow up on purchase orders and non-value items orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
    • Support on all net and retail sales forecasting, meeting all financial deadlines, flagging risks and opportunities in a timely and quantified manner.
    • Monitor, manage, and optimise net sales performance: ensure proactive inventory and assortment management, with close collaboration with Supply Chain.
    • Lead the effective monitoring of retailers' inventory to deliver 100% on shelf availability across all retail partners, working closely with Supply Chain and the in-region stock managers/retail team.
    • Undertake adhoc reporting and analysis in response to business needs.
  • Cross-Functional Working
    • Build strong working relationships with the Retail team, utilising their insight from the field in the development and execution of the trading plans.
    • Establish yourself as the go-to within the commercial team for all stock and allocation related queries coming from customer supply chain and other operational functions.
    • Work closely with finance to prepare, maintain and update retail and net forecasts as well as weekly net sales updates, forecast phasing and outlooks, flagging risk and opportunities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Work closely with customer supply chain to ensure seamless operations and on-time delivery of stock.
    • Work effectively with Regional Marketing to forecast and review upcoming launches, seeking feedback and insight from relevant stakeholders for each submission.
    • Work closely with Retail to effectively plan and deliver best in class NPD launches throughout the year, managing delivery of stock from warehouse to shop floor, supporting on incentive planning and tracking performance selling.
  • Trading Relationships
    • Establish and maintain amazing relationships with all key retail partners, including with Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing to ensure that the Charlotte Tilbury brand is regarded as a collaborative and proactive trading partner.
    • Work closely with retail partners to plan and facilitate the successful launch of all NPD throughout the year, submitting required operational forms in a timely manner and selling in sufficient stock to deliver against targets.
    Requirements
    • Driven and results-oriented.
    • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
    • Impeccable attention to detail and level of accuracy.
    • Previous experience in a similar role within a National Accounts team/other relevant functions.
    • Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
    • Proactive and action-oriented as well as solution-driven.
    • Have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
    • Experience in the beauty industry a plus.
