Your Role: As a Senior Credit Account Manager with American Express, you'll be responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure settlement and prevent future overdues. You'll negotiate payments, resolve account statuses, and maintain a positive customer experience using persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact clients with overdue accounts to secure settlement
- Negotiate payments as required
- Resolve the status of each particular account presented
- Balancing collection efforts while maintaining a positive customer experience
Requirements: 2+ years call center, credit, customer service or sales experience; excellent consultation, persuasion, and negotiation skills; proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities; full-time schedule availability; strong verbal communication skills; ability to work in a dynamic and changing work environment; effective communication and teamwork; proficiency in MS Office environment; bi-lingual (English/Spanish).
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
