Job Summary:

Ips Especialistas En Rh is seeking a highly skilled Service Center Administrator to oversee the implementation of our marketing and operation programs and ensure their compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and follow up on complaints from distributors related to the operation of Service Centers.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets to oversee visits to the SC and secure their approval.
  • Plan and execute the Service Centers Semi-Annual Meetings to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships between the Company, network Members, and Service Centers.
  • Ensure that applicants for new Service Center openings meet all Company requirements.
  • Coordinate the proper closure of a service center, including receiving the letter of intent to close and validating that the inventory is zeroed.
  • Keep Service Center contact information up to date.
  • Visit every Service Center in Mexico and supervise business operations in accordance with Company policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure that Service Centers operate with legality and conformity to established regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Improve and maintain good relationships between Management and network members.
  • Oversee that all product deliveries are documented and recorded properly.
  • Ensure prompt services in daily processing orders of products and accurate release of requested products delivery to Service Centers.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Advanced management of local and foreign health regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
  • Availability to travel, with travel expenses paid.
  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 a.m. - 06:00 p.m.
