Job Summary

This role involves partnering with managers and supervisors to identify and determine recruiting needs, developing ad text and placement strategies for advertising, and coordinating procedures to eliminate or resolve visa issues affecting potential employees.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university and two to five years of experience in recruiting, with a PHR or Human Resource Management Certification desired.

This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
