We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organization. Our mission is to serve students, teachers, and researchers across the globe.

This role provides administrative support to our Higher Education (HE) sales team in Mexico City, Mexico.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English and Spanish, and have experience working with databases and researching.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a benefits package that includes life assurance, medical insurance, vales de despensa, fondo de ahorro, aguinaldo, and prima vacacional.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced sales professionals, collaborate with colleagues from around the globe, and contribute to the growth of our HE sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating information in our customer relationship management system
  • Supporting the HE sales representatives in the field
  • Working with other departments to obtain product information
  • Attending in-house meetings and other duties as required

You will also have the opportunity to work on projects at the direction of the HE Sales Support Manager and assist faculty with requests and troubleshooting.

We seek a highly motivated individual with a BA/BS or equivalent work experience, who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
