Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or MBA.
• Strong strategic planning skills, data-driven approach, and ability to build strategic relationships.
• Proven experience in developing commercial strategies with partners and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to travel across Mexico.
