Senior Director, Sales Enablement

The Senior Director, Sales Enablement will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion at Mastercard. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop go-to-market plans.
- Provide guidance and coaching to sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with senior-level customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that drive value for both parties.
Requirements:- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the payments industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
