**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide personalized service and display a positive attitude
* Follow up on the requests and needs of our guests and travel partners
* Solve any situation to guarantee complete guest satisfaction
* Lead by example and motivate the team
* Give guidance, training, and inspiration to the team
* Ensure reservations are polished, with detailed guest profiles and reservation traces/comments
* Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the reservations team to achieve KPIs, targets, and objectives
* Maintain strong relationships and continuous communication with repetitive guests, Travel Agents, Wholesalers, and Central Reservations
* Carry out the annual departmental training plan through daily briefings, weekly training, and monthly training
* Assist in efficiently distributing the workload of the department
* Continuously monitor room assignment, the room plan, and inventory control to maximize sales
* Maintain a productive and quality relationship with hotel departments, sales, central reservations, and travel agents
* Complete phone training and scoring sessions for agents' optimum quality control
* Be innovative and proactive contributing with ideas to improve service standards and the operation
* Review guest satisfaction surveys and implement action plans to improve service
* Verify that commissions are generated correctly and paid on time
* Ensure full operating manuals are updated with respect to the responsibilities of each position
* Maintain a system to measure the productivity of the reservations department
* Ensure usage of technology tools are optimized
* Assist the Revenue Manager as needed

**About Us:**

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has been appointed by RLH Properties, a company created by BK Partners, to manage Rosewood Mandarina. Located on the west coast of Mexico, the resort will offer 138 guest-rooms, suites, and villas with panoramic views across the mountains, beach, and ocean. Guests will be able to choose from three bars and restaurants, including a specialty restaurant and sunset bar, as well as more informal options. The resort will offer three pools, a fitness center, and a spa with 10 treatment rooms, in addition to event space.
