Indirect Channel Management Lead

This role is central to developing and executing strategies for all Indirect Channels in the region.

The Indirect Channel Manager will partner with regional and global leads to ensure global standards are implemented within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee Stryker's country/indirect channel contract portfolio.
  • Participate in regional and country leadership meetings to ensure alignment with global practices.
  • Manage education and training of business leaders on consistent ICM principles.
  • Reinforce the criticality of ICM principles across the organization.
  • Decide on escalated ICM issues to strengthen globally established standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Management, or applicable discipline.
  • Professional experience in commercial leadership, sales channel management, finance, compliance, and logistics management or market access.
  • English fluency is required.
  • Strong leadership, strategic, and tactical skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Travel Percentage: 30%
