Job Summary

The Strategic Growth Director is a key leadership role responsible for driving business growth and profitability in Hispanic America. This position oversees all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing commercial strategies, as well as deploying regional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management team in Mexico to ensure effective execution of business plans and strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the Mexico Branch, and develop and implement plans to achieve these goals.
  • Ensure compliance with MEAU's regulatory protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and manage budgets to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Train and develop Mexico Management and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze accounting and financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with senior MEAU executives to define performance measurements and management priorities.
  • Partner with related divisions to execute business plans and ensure alignment with MEAU's vision and goals.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEAU's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
