Job Summary
Harness is seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
About the Role
- Exceeding sales targets and winning new enterprise logos
- Forecasting accurately and communicating effectively with the sales team
- Aligning with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
- Utilizing data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospect to close
- Collaborating with sales engineering and sales development teams to drive sales success
About You
- A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals
- Strong account planning and execution skills
- Ability to sell to C-Level executives and across both IT and business units
- Consistent overachievement of sales quota and revenue goals
- Understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC
- Proven consultative sales solution skills
- Ability to articulate a clear and concise return on investment value statement
- High level of productivity and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
