About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Galderma. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and ensuring the sale of Alastin products based on the established plan, creating relationships with clients to generate and execute sales objectives for the responsible areas. You will also serve as a liaison with medical advisors to ensure an aligned approach to generating sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the establishment and execution of the Alastin business strategy to achieve the established goals for the division.
  • Collaborate in the design, implementation, and monitoring of plans required to increase the efficiency of the Alastin business.
  • Prepare reports on the results of your function and explain deviations to the Business Unit Manager.
  • Propose initiatives to improve the results of the division, as well as communicate the financial and personnel requirements to achieve the expected results.
  • Apply commercial and marketing strategies with the defined doctors by the Business Unit.
  • Monitor the behavior of the competition, market needs, and customer satisfaction to adapt commercial strategies.
  • Ensure that sales personnel have the necessary preparation and training to commercialize Alastin products to improve the approach with sales points.
  • Monitor the correct implementation of previously agreed commercial negotiations with doctors.
Requirements
  • Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Intermediate English.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Medical Representative. Minimum 2 years as a District Manager/Sales Manager in the Pharmaceutical Industry and/or in the Medical Devices Industry of High Specialization, with at least 5 people under their charge.
