The Sales Team Manager is a key professional role at Citi. This role applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating sales processes and data. The Sales Team Manager identifies policy gaps and formulates policies to drive revenue growth. They interpret data and make recommendations to improve sales performance. The role involves researching and interpreting factual information to identify inconsistencies in sales data or results. The Sales Team Manager defines business issues and formulates recommendations on sales policies, procedures or practices. They integrate established disciplinary knowledge within their specialty area with a basic understanding of related industry practices. The role requires a good understanding of how the sales team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. The Sales Team Manager develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. The impact of the job holder is restricted to their team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Assist the Team Manager to build revenue and volume momentum.

2. Monitor individual telesales daily sales performance through call monitoring.

3. Ensure a high standard of quality service delivered and coach telesales in order to achieve target.

4. Review MIS report to measure telesales standard of performance.

5. Handle and track customer complaints, investigate root cause and rectify with corrective and preventive measures.

6. Provide training, team briefing, case sharing to enhance selling and servicing skills.

7. Performs other duties and functions as assigned.

**Requirements:**

1. 0-2 years relevant experience.

2. Knowledge of consumer banking including credit card acquisition, portfolio management and insurance would be an advantage.

3. Demonstrated coordination, communication and negotiation skills.

4. Driven, results-oriented and able to work independently.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

**Education:**

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
