About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Latin America. As a key member of our revenue team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth across all relevant segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead a small team of sales professionals to ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets
  • Provide market knowledge and insights to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to maximize revenue growth
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a mid to senior sales role within the Latin American market
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English and Spanish
