We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Latin America. As a key member of our revenue team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth across all relevant segments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead a small team of sales professionals to ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets
- Provide market knowledge and insights to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to maximize revenue growth
- 5+ years of experience in a mid to senior sales role within the Latin American market
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both verbal and written English and Spanish
