Job Description
As a Customer Service and Solutions Expert, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely, accurate, and effective solutions while fostering a positive and professional experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying customer needs, providing solutions, and offering best-in-class support for product inquiries and order resolutions.
- Taking and accurately entering sales orders with a strong attention to detail.
- Working with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer concerns.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Business fluent English language proficiency.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer support role.
- Strong computer skills, including ERP and CRM experience.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact with company executives.
- A team-oriented, proactive mindset, and excellent organizational skills.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
