- Collaborate with the C-Suite to communicate customer feedback and insights
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience managing employees and building high-performance teams
- Strong coaching and leadership skills with high emotional intelligence
- Ability to keep up with the Salesloft platform and understand the latest features and functionality
- Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with the C-Suite and external stakeholders
- Previous experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus
