Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Monitor team performance and metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure high levels of success.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive and productive team environment.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance, sales results, and other relevant metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a call center environment (sales campaigns).
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, call center operations, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • C1 or C2 English level.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and dedication to fostering a positive work culture.

Experience:

  • Team Leader of a sales campaign: 2 years (required).
  • Cold sales: 1 year (required).
