We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in the DACH market. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in the development of this market by identifying and qualifying potential leads, building relationships with prospects, and collaborating with our sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Qualifying Leads: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold-calling, and networking to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategies to engage with prospects, build relationships, and identify potential solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with our sales team to coordinate calls and meetings with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless handoff and driving business growth.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to analyze prospect business needs, understand processes, and determine potential solutions.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Confirm clients' needs, develop initial clients' profiles, and help build personalized solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
  • Previous Experience: Previous customer-oriented experience in sales, customer satisfaction, project management, or similar roles.
