About this Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Acceleration Leader to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and efficiency across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of sales enablement strategies to drive sales performance and efficiency.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to address them.
- Design and manage sales enablement programs to support sales teams in Latin America, including training, coaching, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sales enablement initiatives that drive business results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sales leaders and teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on sales enablement strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform sales enablement decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations and enablement, preferably in a B2B tech organization.
- Proven track record of success in executing sales enablement strategies and driving sales growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with sales leaders and teams.
- Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies, including CRM systems and sales analytics platforms.
