We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at WHV Resorts Cabo, LLC.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity where you will be responsible for presenting and involving guests in the opportunity to become owners of the finest vacation experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Meet Guests as a Professional Sales Representative: Prepares each day to meet guests with proper dress and grooming, adhering to standard work hours (7am – 4pm).
  • Greet Guests in a Warm and Friendly Manner: Uses approved presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively to provide a positive first impression.
  • Achieve Performance Guidelines: Achieves individual established performance guidelines within established time frames, contributing to achieving overall site VPG and closing percentage at budget levels.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Maintains the highest level of company/competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions.
  • Sell Vacation Experiences: Discusses terms and conditions, incentives, points, and product pricing with customers, gaining commitment from guests to purchase.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual Fluency: Proficient in English and Spanish.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Orientation: Excellent verbal/written skills, multitasking, follow-up, building business partnerships, attention to details, thriving on ambiguity, and openness to differences.
