About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Aptiv plc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide accurate information about products and services.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Order Fulfillment
    • Coordinate the daily ordering activities within the suppliers.
    • Ensure that all inbound shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer service experience.
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve order-related issues.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates on order status and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
