Job Summary:

The Customer Support Associate - Operations Expert will play a vital role in operational support, communicating with truck drivers, dispatchers, and customers daily. This role requires top-notch customer service skills and the ability to provide thorough information in a fast-paced environment using email and phone calls. Whether it's providing simple information or facilitating complex solutions, the Coyote 24.7 Team is committed to helping with a friendly voice and a no-excuses mentality.

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound calls and emails from drivers, carriers, and customers
  • Provide efficient and accurate responses, explaining possible solutions and ensuring the caller feels supported and valued
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Utilize available resources to resolve issues independently, urgently, and thoroughly
  • Update and document information using applicable company software
  • Create incidents and send emails as needed, notifying appropriate parties and escalating when necessary
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in tone and actions
  • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position
