This role offers high-level support to the US Customer Success Team and key clients, enabling team members to focus on growth and adoption.

**Key Responsibilities:**

We require an administrator with at least one year of experience to handle tasks for Platinum and Gold segments, including contract summaries and account reconciliations.

The successful candidate will follow up on open support cases, reporting outcomes to customers and CSS specialists.

In addition, they will process partial churn requests for assigned accounts and promote growth by engaging with customers and understanding company needs.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of Sales Force (or similar CRM) and SAP is required.
  • Prior experience working in an administrator role is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • An intermediate level of Excel skill is also required.
  • We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work autonomously, display positive attitude, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, customer relationship and conflict management skills, methodical approach to problem-solving.

Salary: approximately $65,000 per year.
