**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team at Planner 5D. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing strong relationships with our Pro users, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Onboard new users, providing personalized demos to showcase the full capabilities of Planner 5D.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, sharing insights with the Product team to inform future developments.
  • Regularly check-in with onboarded Pro users, ensuring they're leveraging Planner 5D's features and benefits effectively.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing customers, fostering a sense of community and loyalty.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, driving long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns with tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and report on the health and status of accounts and transactions.
  • Establish and monitor sales account targets to boost sales pipelines.
  • Identify and recommend strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and uncover new growth opportunities.
