Key Account Growth Specialist

Job Description: Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Growth Specialist to join our Business Development organization. This individual will be responsible for acquiring and managing key accounts, developing sales pipelines, recruiting and launching businesses, and growing sales.
About the Role:
This position requires a dynamic and adaptable executive who can work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize sales potential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically
- Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize sales potential
- Execute successfully on recommended plans
- Work closely with new merchants to educate them about Amazon's standards and tools
- Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for assigned territories
- Implement and track metrics to record success and quality of sellers
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics

Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience with pipeline management skills using Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Track record of exceeding sales goals
