Business Development and Account Growth Specialist

**Job Overview**
Lubrizol Corporation, a global leader in specialty chemicals, seeks an entrepreneurial sales professional for a Business Development and Account Management role in our Engineered Polymers business.
As a key member of our team, you will identify and build new business opportunities by becoming a subject matter expert in the North America Estane TPU market. You will develop strategic relationships with industrial and medical customers to drive profitable growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow existing accounts in both medical and industrial TPU markets.
- Develop and execute account strategies and manage key customer programs and opportunities.
- Build, manage and close a sales pipeline of opportunities at existing and developmental accounts.
- Educate clients on industry-related updates and trends through presentations and other educational activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners to understand and maximize new business opportunities.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of sales experience
**Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year**
