Landa Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Expert to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. This exciting opportunity will allow you to provide top-notch technical support to our growing customer base and develop strong relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong background in electro-mechanical, software, and computer troubleshooting. Experience in inkjet systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities include:

  • Transfer of technical knowledge to press operators to resolve on-site technical issues
  • Escalation of complex issues to Landa's worldwide teams for optimal treatment of customer issues
  • Harnessing technical knowledge of the presses to maximize production and productivity

This role requires flexibility, as you will need to travel up to 25% of the time to different customers' sites. A valid driving license and passport are also required.
