About the Role

This exciting opportunity is focused on building and maintaining strategic relationships with existing mobile business accounts across our retail partners' stores and franchises. As a Key Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth through visits, training, and activities that promote the sale of Assurant products.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase sales of mobile programs at assigned retail partners.
  • Collaborate with retail management to achieve or exceed sales goals by designing and implementing effective sales plans.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer programs for retail management to enhance their knowledge and skills in promoting Assurant products.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports from retailers to ensure sales goals are met and provide regular updates to Assurant management.
  • Enhance Assurant's relationship with retail partners at various levels, including management, district, and regional teams.
  • Communicate sales results and marketing plans to retail partners' management and Assurant management, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Assurant and retail partners, providing exceptional client service and support.
  • Develop and implement innovative ideas and content for new or improved point-of-sale collateral, such as brochures, shelf signs, and other promotional materials.
  • Create and execute promotions and contests to drive mobile sales achievements, adhering to travel budget guidelines and controlling expenses while maintaining high-quality client service.
  • Identify and assist in resolving customer and client service quality process issues with Assurant Account Executives, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Requirements:

  • University graduate degree required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales/distribution within the mobile industry, with a strong background in carrier and brand relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with retail managers and stakeholders under pressure.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proficient English language skills for written and spoken communication.
  • Willingness to travel, including road trips, as required.

About the Benefits

As an Assurant team member, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $35,000 to $50,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:

  • Hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office.
  • A car allowance for automobile maintenance (Note: A company-assigned vehicle is not provided).
