About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our On Premise sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase brand visibility in the On Premise channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute weekly work plans, including visit plans uploaded to the Salesforce platform.
  • Identify and prospect target accounts for Brown-Forman.
  • Develop negotiation strategies to conquer new accounts.
  • Detect areas of opportunity in the channel and open new relevant accounts for our brands.
  • Maintain close business relationships with key players at each account.
  • Follow up on agreements established with accounts and ensure proper execution.
  • Introduce key members of the Brown-Forman Mexico team to further develop partnerships and explore business expansion opportunities.
  • Catalog and ensure availability of focus brands.
  • Guarantee brand visibility.
  • Implement experiences and/or brand activities to encourage testing and repurchase of focus brands.
  • Train staff, account owners, and consumers through tastings, presentations, etc.
  • Execute, manage, and evaluate incentive plans for staff and account owners.
  • Ensure correct pricing strategy implementation for each account.
  • Effectively plan and control company budget and resources.
  • Weekly update of account information in the system (Salesforce).
  • Monitor and report on own activities and competition.
  • Monitor and comply with administrative activities of the channel (bonuses, reports, agendas, checks, etc.).
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Communication, PR, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or related to commercial and/or marketing area, with experience in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in software or special programs, including Office package (Excel, Word, PPT), web platforms, Mac (Ipad), etc.
  • Knowledge of market analysis platforms, such as Nielsen, ISCAM, etc.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and high initiative.
  • Organized, with capacity for planning and effective time and resource management.
