- Preparing billing documentation for multiple sales organizations.
- Processing invoices in accordance with revenue recognition and title transfer regulations.
- Ensuring timely and accurate generation of billing documents, with proper posting to accounting systems.
- Overseeing the distribution of invoices and tracking the effectiveness of outputs within SAP and other platforms as necessary.
- Addressing billing discrepancies and coordinating necessary corrective measures with IT and Customer Service Representatives.
- Conducting post-billing procedures, including billing cancellations.
- Managing and documenting Sarbanes-Oxley compliance controls related to billing.
- Facilitating closing processes to adhere to established financial deadlines.
- Verifying that all billing documents comply with revenue recognition standards.
- Ensuring adherence to country-specific billing regulations and maintaining billing output setups.
Required Qualifications:
Essential:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or administrative/accounting roles.
- Proficient communication skills in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with SAP, particularly in the Order to Cash module.
- Familiarity with SAT for billing processes.
- Capacity to foster relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with a positive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities based on customer demands.
- Advanced time management skills with the capability to prioritize and manage incoming requests effectively.
- Experience working in an international team setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
