Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to join our team in Sisli, Turkey. The successful candidate will receive transportation and meal allowance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Field Force team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop new business leads by mapping, visiting, and identifying business users across different industries and locations.
- Evaluate customer potential and convert leads into corporate accounts.
- Manage the field force to achieve new sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction for revenue retention.
- Conduct regular onsite market visits and market opportunity assessments.
- Identify problems and provide solutions for field-related issues.
- Maintain effective communication with the team to ensure accurate data flow.
- Conduct weekly feedback sessions for the Field team members.
- Prepare and communicate performance reports for the Field team members to the line manager.
- Understand consultative selling and impart expertise to the team to achieve team KPIs.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of consultative selling and be able to impart expertise to the team.
