Our ProductEmi, our AI-powered recruitment assistant, revolutionizes the hiring process by enabling companies to engage with applicants, detect interested and qualified individuals, and automate tasks such as screening, validating skills, scheduling interviews, and collecting documents.
What You'll Be DoingWe're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our early sales team and contribute to our category-defining company. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our Head of Latam and focus on selling SaaS products to enterprise customers.
Responsibilities- Drive revenue by closing new customers using your SaaS sales expertise
- Generate new pipeline and initial conversations with prospect clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle using a consultative, relationship-driven approach
- Navigate complex organizational structures and technology stacks
- Work closely with Marketing and other teams to educate and evangelize the market
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
- 2+ years of experience selling SaaS products to enterprise customers
- A proven track record of consistent over-achievement against targets
- Comfortable with inside and field sales, and experience running the full sales cycle on your own
- Strong English communication skills
