Job Summary
We are seeking a high-standard customer-centric professional to lead our Enterprise Customer Success team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guaranteeing customer satisfaction and maximum utilization of our platform. This role requires a strong focus on the post-sales lifecycle, with a daily goal of satisfying and retaining our largest enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Enterprise CS team and work closely with the InEvent C-level suite to develop strategies.
- Develop relationships with event managers and directors of a global clientele.
- Create scalable processes to serve customer segments effectively and quickly.
- Constantly review and improve customer experience.
- Provide insight to strategic project planning and delivery execution oversight.
- Nurture and develop a multicultural and fast-growing team.
- Give constant feedback to product development and support sales processes.
- Lead group and individual 1:1 weekly meetings with the Enterprise CS team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or enterprise software sales.
- Experience in leading projects from scratch, preferably with a team.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team.
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling.
- B2B experience.
- Proven track of generating and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Proficient English.
- Experience in a tech startup is a differential.
- Availability to work with different time zones.
