Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Experience Director to lead our team in Mexico and Colombia, driving customer satisfaction and cost savings through strategic initiatives.

This role requires collaboration with regional planning and T&D teams to define production, inventory, and airfreight strategies, ensuring timely and cost-effective fulfillment of customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, define, and lead initiatives that drive significant improvements in customer satisfaction and cost savings.
  • Work collaboratively with regional planning and T&D teams to define production, inventory, and airfreight strategies.
  • Ensure cost-effective and timely fulfillment of customer demand.
  • Lead S&OE for MX and CO, working collaboratively with Commercial for Inventory Losses, NPI, and discontinuation.
  • Act as the SPOC person for Customer Experience, Planning, and Transport & Distribution in Firnin for any escalation or projects.
Requirements:
  • Graduation in Supply Chain/Planning or correlated areas.
  • 10+ years of previous experience.
  • Advanced English and Spanish.
  • APICS or Correlated Certification is desired.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
