Job Summary

Lhr Américas is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Lead to drive business growth and identify new opportunities across various markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating insights, developing business cases, and leading cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities
  • Develop and present business cases to senior management, including financial, operating, technical, and strategic elements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, including project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies
  • Provide analytical support to inform business decisions and drive growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 10 years of relevant experience in business development, commercial development, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior management
  • Project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or a related advanced degree
  • Professional certifications, such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Project Management Professional (PMP)
