About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive Officer to join our team at Heartland, a Global Payments Company. As a Sales Executive Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the sale of Acquirer services, ensuring timely affiliation and activation of contracted platforms, and coordinating efforts to maintain ongoing operations and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding: Review and follow-up of procedures (Sales, CA Underwriting, Implementation) to ensure compliance with SLAs and timely completion of affiliations.
  2. Monitoring: Identify and address affiliations with less or no billing for over 4 months, and implement retention tasks as necessary.
  3. Intensive Care: Monitor and maintain the status of top clients, detecting and resolving any issues that may impact billing.
  4. Reporting: Prepare executive reports and provide accurate, updated information on SLA times and affiliate status.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economic-Administrative areas.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative areas.
  • Skilled in office packages and CRM management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
