Job Overview

The Strategy Analyst will drive business growth by conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting extensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends evaluation to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to extract key insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Developing and maintaining deep industry understanding, including market dynamics, customer preferences, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Collaborating with teams to develop and refine strategic objectives and long-term business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Supporting business case development by conducting feasibility studies and evaluating potential partnerships.
  • Establishing key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending corrective actions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years of experience as a strategy analyst, management consultant, or a similarly analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability to transform data into actionable insights, business plans, and a long-term vision.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience working with data visualization tools.
  • Excellent research skills to gather information from various sources and assess its credibility and relevance.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field is required.
  • English proficiency, both written and verbal, is required.

Compensation

This position comes with an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
