Kech Development, a reputable real estate development company, is expanding its operations and establishing a satellite office in Mexico City. We are currently seeking a highly capable and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute their skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.

• Manage a constantly evolving and dynamic interview/intern calendar, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Initiate and manage full-cycle communication, ensuring effective and timely interactions with various stakeholders.

• Exhibit exceptional writing and communication skills, both in English and Spanish, to effectively liaise with diverse individuals at all levels.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of computer systems, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.

**Ideal Candidate:**

• Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Dynamic personality, inspiring confidence in senior leadership and interacting effectively with diverse individuals.
