About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Success Associate to join our team at Ecovadis, the leading provider of business sustainability ratings. As a key member of our Services of Engagement department, you will be responsible for engaging and supporting all companies to leverage Ecovadis solutions and foster continuous improvement of their business practices.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage a portfolio of new and existing customers, ensuring they maximize the value they receive from the Ecovadis solutions. This includes coordinating with other business units to carry out the subscription and assessment process, encouraging customers to use all available features, and collaborating with marketing and product management to develop offerings for existing subscribers.
You will also establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, and assist customers in effectively utilizing the Ecovadis platform to suit their specific business needs. Additionally, you will prepare reports on accounts and market status, and work with assigned accounts to promote the Ecovadis solution through case studies, events, and specific initiatives.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with more than 2 years of onboarding or account management experience, preferably in a B2B environment. You should be passionate about excellent customer service, organized, attentive to detail, and a clear communicator. A passion for sustainability, a bachelor's degree, and fluency in English are required. Experience with Salesforce or CRM software is a plus, as is a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Additional Information
This role reports to the Manager, Rated Customer Success, and is located in Mexico City, with a hybrid work arrangement of 4 days in the office per month.
